Our History
The company Piscina Oggi® (Piscina Oggi = Today's Pool in Italian) was founded in 1992 by the architect engineer Mr. Athanasios Karadontis with the aim of designing, manufacturing and after-sales service of swimming pools, according to the strictest technical specifications.The company manufactures swimming pools - swimming pools - of all kinds, specializing in pre-fabrication and the precast overflow technique, while maintaining the trading of spare parts and chemical products and an organized after-sales department for upgrades, maintenance and repairs. Furthermore, our company is the first in the Greek market to use PVC-liner for pool waterproofing. The multi-year collaboration with leading recognized international houses guarantees the use of high-quality materials, with the aim of providing guaranteed services and products to the consumer.
Additionally, our main supplier that we represent exclusively in Greece is the Italian company Aqua S.p.A. Industrial Group, which has been dealing since 1974 with water treatment systems, metering pumps and pool products and is considered a pioneer in the field with products of unsurpassed quality.
Since 2012 the company has been managed by Mr. Georgios Karadontis, electrical engineer MEng MIET and holder of an MBA diploma, continuing the tradition of Piscina Oggi®, both in terms of providing state-of-the-art products with the aim of economical, technically perfect solutions with high aesthetics for every customer , as well as in maintaining the personal level of service.
The company's technical staff and engineers are constantly trained and updated on all the latest developments in the field and have the experience to find solutions to any problem. Finally, all our processes as well as all the products we use are ISO 9001:2015 certified and of course undergo regular checks and are constantly updated.
